We are looking for customer service representatives as a part of a very exciting team. Your role will be to handle inbound calls from our customers relating to orders and technical problems, and work with the different departments to ensure best customer service is given.

What you’ll do

Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing customers by efficiently & confidently managing inbound calls and emails achieving customer satisfaction.
Utilize the technical knowledge gained through your training to guide customers with a potential technical fault to a resolution over the phone or arrange for an engineer visit at the customer’s site.
Use all customer contacts as an opportunity to identify customer needs and take ownership in these instances to resolve issues.
Work closely with your team to generate great opportunities for improvements in process to drive efficiency.
Identify and develop personal training opportunities to drive your individual development.

Key skills and experience required:
Passion to deliver excellent customer service
Confident and professional telephone manner
Friendly and able to communicate at all levels
Good working knowledge of basic computer programmes
Team player and flexible to work independently
Able to read, write and speak English, Bahasa Malay and able to speak Bahasa Indonesia will be an advantage.
May require to work on SAT (half day) on certain weeks.
