Job description

• Liaises with customers, related department or management queries, regarding requested claims.
• Responsible for daily assigned task in respect of Claims & Arbitration in timely manner and within the Company’s claims manual and related policies and guidelines.
• Perform verification & investigation checks on claims following company’s standard policies and operation procedures.
• Process claims and complete within timeline given (TAT).
• Responsible to handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions/alternative within stipulated time given for resolution.
• Forward appropriate claims /arbitration to finance department for payment/fine processes.
• Maintain confidential claims information including correspondence with sensitive information in all platforms.
• Managed all types of correspondence preparing, reviewing, respond and sending memos, letters, emails, reports, applications, and forms related to claims.
• Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Job Responsibility :-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any fields.

• Preferably 1 year of working experience in claim process & Customer Service is required for this position.
• Have knowledge in insurance matter related to claim will be an advantage.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent in problem solving skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
