Customer Service Professional (CSP) Location: Bangsar (nearby LRT Kerinchi)/ TTDI Damansara (nearby MRT TTDI) Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5 days week, 2 off days (not fixed)) 7:00am – 4:30pm/1:00pm – 10:30pm Training Location: Bangsar (nearby LRT Kerinchi)/ TTDI Damansara (nearby MRT TTDI) Training Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Basic Salary: RM1,500 – RM1,800 Allowance: Shift Allowance – RM60 Transportation Allowance – Maximum RM200/month Basic Skill Allowance (BSA) – RM250 Performance Allowance – RM300/month Contract: 12 months (renewable based on performance, attendance, & discipline) JOB DESCRIPTION To attend/answer inbound calls from customers. Identify their technical issues on telecommunication product. Assist customers to solve the problems by providing the right solution/trouble shooting.
