Summary :
The hired personnel will attend to customer's queries pertaining to service, claims, replacement requests, inquiries, complaints and follow thru until action is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
Requirements:
. High school degree required, College degree preferred
. Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support
. Excellent communication skills
. Native level in both verbal and written in local language (Korean) as well as English
. Self-motivated team player with active listening skills and sense for driving tasks until resolution is achieved
. Mature, responsible, patient and responsive with interest in Outdoor activities
. Supportive, outgoing, and open minded person that has excellent understanding of Asian culture and markets
. Demonstrates resilience and ability to work on own initiative
. Computer literate (MS Office, CRM, scheduling software)
Responsibility :
. Answer clients questions related to product thru phone and email
. Escalate clients' requests and complaints to appropriate specialists
. Update clients about their requests and complaints status accordingly
. Provide full support to end user following protocols agreed between confidential partner and clients focusing on quality and appropriate communication, using a CRM
. Resolving and accurately logging customer requests, inquiries, and complaints with the highest level of professionalism, ideally in a single interaction
. Escalating customers' requests, issues and complaints that are beyond the training level provided, using good judgment and initiative
. Gathering client's feedback, identify problem trend and report to supervisor for discussion or service enhancement
. Work closely with Confidential partners in resolving the issue faced by the client
