Description

Customer Service (CS) is responsible for answering inbound and outbound interactions, responding to calls, emails & live chat transactions from customers on inquiries, complaints, problem solving and to provide quality service that exceeds the customer& expectation, coupled with real-time escalations. CS is required to represent client appropriately to all customers and partners.

Responsibility

• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
• Clarify customer requirements; ask more question to understand the problem better, use SOP knowledge and resources to appropriately provide resolution
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
• Maintain a deep understanding of our standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.
• Document all steps and information accurately without compromising quality of service.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Handling multiple chats with multiple issues simultaneously

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor & Degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English or Mandarin
• Good to have min.1 year customer service related experience &
• Ability to multitask,plan and prioritize workload
• Self-motivated individual to do repetitive tasks
• Able to work from home and/or office when there is a business need
• Able to work in fast-paced, work independently and as a team and in high-intensity work environment
