Roles:

• Corresponding to supplier (collaborate with them in regard to order and delivery)
• Perform a series of operations to receipt from purchase order.
• Ordering registration and publishing (including VR).
• Periodic checking for PO backlog.
• Obtain and registration for delivery schedule.
• Voluntary adjustment to unmatched stock (to supplier)
• Negotiation and selection of target supplier (only in case of marketable purchasing).
• Provide appropriate information for registration / update for Master Data (item / supplier / purchase price etc.)
• Management of finished product inventory intended for customers (securing the volume of inventory, prioritisation of shipping, delivery day control, etc.)
• Trigger pull in / push out / cancellation to support for CS in-house work.
• Familiar with incoterm, shipping arrangement & custom clearance.
• Handling PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory - forecast buying)

Throughout the order receipt operation, provide support for CS in-house work and contribute to the revenue increase with profit maximisation.

Roles:

• Conduct of the whole range of handling such as from order receipt to verification of acceptance inspection & billing, and other business support service.
• Perform a series of operations to invoices from order entry.
• Order receipt, RMA, Debit/Credit.
• Periodic check for S/O backlog.
• Delivery confirmation, delivery times, delivery adjustment ( client services operations)
• Prioritise to shipment (within CSr)
• Instruct to warehouse for shipping.
• Master Data's registration / renewal application request create (client / sales price etc.
• B2B basic.
