- Handling daily customer calls, enquiries, warranty claim and complaints
- Prepare service quotation and follow up quote
- Service Order creation, and liaise with S&D team for schedule arrangement for customer
- Depot order creation, follow up and deliveries
- Certificate printing and deliveries
- Stamping arrangement with Metrology
- Handling PR for service tools, part and calibration adhoc request and arrangement
- Admin duties
Job Requirements:

- At least a Diploma, Advance Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably in Customer Support
- Fresh graduates are encourage to app
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
