  • Handling daily customer calls, enquiries, warranty claim and complaints
  • Prepare service quotation and follow up quote
  • Service Order creation, and liaise with S&D team for schedule arrangement for customer
  • Depot order creation, follow up and deliveries
  • Certificate printing and deliveries
  • Stamping arrangement with Metrology
  • Handling PR for service tools, part and calibration adhoc request and arrangement
  • Admin duties

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma, Advance Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably in Customer Support
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to app

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
