Requirements
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Candidate with minimum 2 years working experience and able to communicate with international clients will be add an advantage
- Possess at least Diploma or professional Degree or equivalent.
- Interpersonal skills in terms of sociable, friendly and cheerful.
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to write and speak in other languages, aside from English and Malaysia language are preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure the adequacy and accuracy of information and documents for submission (for timeliness closing deals) and fulfilling the Compliance and Trust Operation (based on Authority checklist)
- By managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- To assist Attestation documents at Notary Public, Ministry of Foreign Affair, Foreign Embassy
- Inform/Update clients status of their applications eg. approved, unforeseen delays or problems if any. After follow-up with Labuan team.
- Respond to enquiries/feedback/complaints and act as the go-in-between clients and back-end services support, and gain clients’ confidence to follow the Compliance requirements
- Facilitate and advise on the Bank Account Opening matters
- Coordinate/Arrange with clients for collection of Employee Pass/Visa
- Collect & courier documents from Clients/LMO to Labuan
- Assist to maintaining and ensuring that information in HT system / CRM are updated monthly
