Job description
Responsibilities: • To attend to and educate customers as well as providing solutions to enquiries on company products and services. • Support channel will be fully online based such as Live Chat / Email and NOT by call support method. • Participate in analysing customer service data and providing ideas in order to improve the quality of the customer service. • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet other operational requirements. Requirements : • Minimum SPM qualification. • Must be able to read and write Mandarin. • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, and English will be an advantage. • Good communication skills. • Relevant experience preferably in Customer Service / Call Centre. • Comfortable using computers. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Working Days – Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday (half-day). • Willing to base in office located at Setia Alam.
