Job Description:
Anchor between customer, sales and interdepartment in whole supply chain team
Raise ticket for new order
Ensure OA issued to customer are correct and able to fulfil on time
OA customer and order receive acknowledgement to customer within KPI timeline
Ensure to issue pick list, invoice, CN on time and writeoff
Ensure customer delivery date are accurately maintain in system anytime
Ensure on time delivery, ship and bill on time
Provide weekly backlog report to Customer
Follow up promptly open order with procurement or division for SD provide root caused on all failed delivery
Provide monthly sales forecast to team lead and weekly review
Work with Logistic for shipment availability & promptly follow up POD and biling
Follow up on PO revision from customer
Ensure communication to customer timely, raise and suggest team lead for any customer issue

Requirements:

• Min of 5years experience in customer service executive level.
• Diploma / Degree in related field.
• Good command of spoken and written in English

Possess good interpersonal, communication and customer servicing skills.
Self-motivated and result driven with initiatives to constantly seek process improvement
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong coordination and organizing ability and overall point of view, with the ability to prioritize and proactively complete tasks
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Have basic knowledge on how to use Outlook, Microsoft office Excel
