Customer Service Manager (Persian, English)
  • Supervising and Assisting Customer Service Team
  • Incoming Calls: Create ticket when customer make inbound call to support line)
  • Event-based calls: When customer interactions with system is triggering a support ticket)
  • Telemarketing:
o Contacting old customers who stopped using service
o Contacting new customers who joined through website
o Contacting new customers who joined through prepaid card purchase
o Getting feedback from active customers
  • Designing Training course for new intake
  • Translate customer service materials into Persian
  • Relationship management with Iranian Telecoms (Pishgaman, Parstelecom Co, IranCell, Iran Telecom)
