Company Background :
Our client is a leading communications service provider in Malaysia that offers mobile and broadband plans, and the latest smartphones. They are looking for amazing talents to join their Data Processing Unit.

Job Descriptions :

• Coordinate flow of data which including customer's/clients' details, purchase order, invoices

and etc.

• Key in data into system with minimum human error.
• Perform follow-up calls to individual customers and corporate clients to verify information.
• Work closely with every department and provide support when necessary.
• Inputting, organizing, and cataloging data
• Responsible for performing quality control checks, Identifying job problems, and ensuring

that job orders are completed according to schedule

• Process documents and verify the accuracy of client's information
• Include parts of the customer service, calling clients to check the information in the

databases, spreadsheets and documents

• Communicate with vendors to ensure the smoothness of the entire process

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must have minimum Diploma in any field of study.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Bandar Sunway.
• Must be able to on-board immediately.
• Fresh-graduate are welcomed to apply!
• Must be able to work in shift 9AM-6PM/1PM-10PM
