Main Accountabilities:

• Deliver technical Integration Fit gap workshops and ensure right solution design for Integration requirements

• Leading the Technical design activities for all Integration patterns viz. API, Real Time Integration & Event Broker / Advanced messaging, B2B EDI, MFT & ETL

• Own detailed technical design and ensure high performing, scalable API’s and Interfaces are delivered

• Manage the technical delivery teams for on time delivery and right quality

• Provide technical leadership and work with partner teams for resilient solution

• Perform reviews of Integration Solution Design, Technical Design, RAML, topic taxonomy and quality of API / Event documents published in portal

• Work with Integration Platform team for enhancing the Platform capabilities

• Harvest the Integration reusable assets and publish in the Roche Global Integration Marketplace

• Manage the stakeholders in the APAC region and successful implementation of Integration capabilities for Aspire program

• Work with various IT teams for cutover readiness

• Engineer Innovations in the API and Event Led Integration Platforms

• Deliver the tools, Accelerators and Platform enhancements

• Detailed requirement gathering and Technical design activities for API, Real Time Integration & Event Broker / Advanced messaging

• Ensure right usage of CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) framework for delivery and innovate the DevOps pipeline for better productivity and resilience

• Develop accelerators, best practices for continuous Innovation, better quality and implementation

KEY REQUIREMENTS (Essential):

• Overall 10+ years of IT experience with minimum 4+ years in Integration technology
• Solid working knowledge with Integration patterns API & Real time Integration. Hands on expertise in Mulesoft is must
• Experience in Solace, SAP CPI tool is an added advantage
• Should have worked in Hybrid Integration Platform & IPaas capabilities
• Experience in DevOps CI/CD capabilities
• Experience in complex Integration projects and application support issue resolutions with virtual teams across the globe
• Good track record of driving continuous improvements. Delivering big projects and managing big teams in a global Organization
