Job Descriptions- Develop goals and objectives for the Social Media team to align with overall organizational strategies and growth goals.
- Design social media strategies and plans to meet the organization's growth goals.
- Managing and optimizing social media campaigns to meet organization revenue and business goals.
- Measure and report all social media campaigns performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Responsible for working in collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
- Responsible for identifying and adopting the latest emerging social media trends and technologies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Soft skill of creativity, communication, strategy and problem solving needed.
- Passes Professional Qualification in Social Media Marketing/ Graphic Design.
- A minimum 3 years of working experience in related field. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in managing social media accounts/ pages and have experience in running social media adverts, especially on Facebook and Instagram.
- Good attitude, self-motivated, team player and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.
