The Talent Director will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, which includes recruitment, hiring top talent, onboarding, training, and development such as feedback/touchpoints. In addition, with the support of the Owner/Operator, this Director is responsible for learning RI state laws, and will create systems to ensure that our business is 100% compliant with all employment law. The Talent Director will also be required to foster our culture by modeling all restaurant policy, and holding high standards of policy/procedures with our team, while treating everyone with honor, dignity and respect. Lastly, the Talent Director sits on the executive team as a strategic business leader, driving results and casting vision for this area of the business.
