Job description

Must Have

• Minimum of five to ten years experience in supervision and the installation, construction and maintenance of equipment, utilities and buildings.
• Experience must include the supervision of skilled trades workers, maintenance of medium pressure steam systems, DDC and pneumatic building automation systems.
• Experience in managing a successful preventive maintenance program, training in business management with an emphasis on budgeting, and working with organizational contracting agents to develop specifications and bid documents for goods and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
