Overview:

We currently have an opening for a Director of Sales. Self-starters with a positive attitude are welcome to join our growing team and growing company. Looking for experienced individuals who are ready to help promote our fantastic property and team!

Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:

  • Follow up leads by visiting prospective clients regularly
  • Submit timely and accurate sales reports to the company
  • Actively participate in all scheduled revenue calls held by the brand and the company
  • To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity in the assigned market
  • To constantly and consistently be aware of new business opportunities and proactively react to those opportunities for the benefit of the property
  • Respond to all sales leads coming directly to the property
  • Actively engage all online platforms and booking engines
  • Maintain regular contact with LNR/CNR accounts and continue to build a larger base

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to conduct and manage meetings
  • Prior hospitality sales experience a plus!
  • Prior management or supervisory position with transferable skills
  • Proven ability to sell
