Job description
Designs and develops on-line, web-enhanced lessons, support materials and high quality media assets for consumer, stakeholder, and employee audiences. Works across Program Teams for assigned Division and coordinates work closely with the Technology Managers. Completes other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
60% - Essential - Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop on-line, blended and web-enhanced lessons using new and existing program-team-generated curriculum for target audiences (adults and youth). Ensures learning strategies and delivery methods support stated program objectives and outcomes for on-line lessons. Ensures the technical solutions are compatible with appropriate approach for on-line learning (mobile friendly learning for adult) and youth learning principles. Designs on-line classrooms using Clemson approved platforms like CU-Online. Appropriately catalogs and archives productions according to program requirements
20% - Essential - Develops and administers evaluation for on-line programs. Assesses outcomes for on-line Extension lessons and programs based on analytics and evaluation results and provides recommendations for improvement in information transfer and behavior change/skill adoption. Align with Clemson Universities policies for technology and social media and provide employee onboarding training on these policies.
10% - Essential - Develop scholarly outputs and products that support Clemson Extension's reputation in program and initiative implementation and dissemination with an emphasis on synchronous and asynchronous virtual learning (publications, expert presentations, programs, validated evaluation instruments, applied research outputs, etc.).
5% - Essential - Interacts and coordinates programming efforts with teaching and research faculty, state and federal agencies and private partners and organizations to identify programming needs and communicate impact. Seek grants and private gifts to support assigned programs. Complete other duties as assigned.
5% - Essential - Attends program specific, office and Extension team meetings and trainings as assigned by supervisor. Communicates effectively, both verbally and through written correspondence to Extension and program administrators. Participates in training and professional development that may require travel out of assigned territory.

Standard Hrs: 37.5; Expected Salary Range ( $57,600.00 - $85,000.00 )

Required to maintain/resume essential support functions, deliver direct care services, and/or provide recovery support before normal operations resume. Some positions in this category may be required to work remotely or be on-call.
