POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose
Responsible for the administration of controlled documented information using the Document Life Cycle and Management of Change (eMOC) Process to continuously provide access to relevant and current information for Air Products employees to perform their roles.
Nature and Scope
Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Global Documentation Team. Your key responsibility is to manage the controlled documents through eMOC tool in a timely manner to ensure all the company Policies, Standards & Procedures are valid and being reviewed regularly before due.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage the controlled documents through eMOC tool in compliance with ISO 9001
- Manage the authority of library controls access for different users’ tier.
- Provide necessary support to the site contact in reminding the document owner & subject matter expert before the controlled document due
- Provide eMOC progress status for each library under Policies, Standards & Procedure (PSP) community for the Document Deployment Meeting
- Comply to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) established within the team & KPI set during beginning of every fiscal year
- Any ad-hoc duties that assigned by her/his superior as deemed necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, and/or equivalent
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years relevant experience are encouraged to apply; experience under shared services organization will be advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours if necessary
- Attentive to detail, prioritization and having self-initiative and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Possess good communication skill and time management skill
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications; Experience of OpenText documentation systems is an additional advantage
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard Requirements & document control management preferred
