Job Description:

• Ensure all project documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to documents submission due date.
• Ensure controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are disseminated/released to relevant parties as applicable.
• Registration of all in and out project documents as to generate, maintain and compile master and copy documents, drawings, reports and other relevant records.
• Produce, maintain, filing and also control revision history for both hard copy and electronic filing on ad hoc or regular basis
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings with easy traceability and their distribution/circulation.
• Ensure that all requests for documents are addressed in an efficient and expedited manner.
• Scan and upload documents according to site's requirement.
• To perform any other task assigned by the Project Manager from time to time
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
