Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Honest and responsible
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work long hours including weekends, public holidays and be available on call required
- Able to engage others in support
- Able to work with range of people without prejudice
- Effective team member, with the ability to lead, work and delegate
- Possess valid driving license
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of drivers
- Coordinate, supervise and train drivers to ensure high quality customer service when interacting with the staff
- Ensure driving, pick-up and sending services are administered effectively and comply with the law at all times
- Develop and foster a team environment based on respect and mutual support to achieve the team goals
- Lead and teach team work by example
- Plan and implement logistic processes to maximise customer service and reduce running costs
- Where required, carry out formal / informal disciplines in accordance with HR standards and procedures
- Undertake other driving duties as required by the Management
- Any other duties as required including additional duties and responsibilities to cover for holidays and absences
