Responsibilities

Able to write and create content for website and social media post copy to generate more engagement.
Create E-newsletter copy and blast out to subscribers. To monitor readership behavior and numbers of visitors to the website.
Monitor E-commerce sales and coordinate shipping.
Execute programs that drive traffic to site and increase conversions.
Be abreast of effectiveness of sales/marketing campaigns and sources. Generate sales reports and analyses to recommend improvements to campaigns.
Take care of E-Commerce storefront, ensure all banners and product information updated for promotions and new arrival.
Monitor inventory flow and stock, alert team for replenishment of stock and to propose suitable stock combinations for new promotions.
Organize, execute and manage advertising/promotional campaigns/programs to increase sales and conversions.
Strategize and oversee stock placement in e-marketplace, actively proposing new tailored campaigns to generate sales for different platforms.
Organize and execute model photoshoots with graphic designer.
Liaise with related collaborators/agencies/suppliers/vendors to support marketing objectives.
Answer customer inquiries in friendly and purposeful manner.
Assist in implementation of loyalty and referral programs

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication or equivalent/
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
