Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting carry out inspection and repairs of the entire facility’s electrical installation and monitoring of high and low voltage facilities equipment performance.
• Responsible to assist equipment operations related to electrical and instruments are always maintained at optimum performance with minimum downtime.
• Responsible to assist the operations team to troubleshoot electronic / instrument-related and any emergency situations during operation.
• Responsible to assist maintain power tools, test equipment, measuring instruments, and other related special devices.
• Knowledge in understanding the Schematic Diagram.
• Performing the electrical wiring, termination, installation as per drawing for control panel, instruments and machine .
• Execute maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, control systems and combustion for heavy industrial equipment: DC motors, PLC, Closed Loop Control, Instrumentation and Power Distribution.
• Oversee the daily maintenance, preventive maintenance, modification projects and trouble-shooting of field electrical, instrumentation and control devices, PLC, DCS, QCS, and frequency inverters
• To support all instrumentation and control system related job scope.
• To lead in the investigation / troubleshoot of instrument failure.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma, Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent.
• Candidate who possess Chargeman A4 certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the related field
• Required knowledge in mechanical rotating and static equipment especially in condition monitoring, preventive and predictive maintenance
• Knowledge about work permit, lock out tag out systems and safety measures.
• Ability to inspect, test, repair and install according to standards and procedures on mechanical equipment.
• Communicate effectively both oral and writing to technical and non-technical persons.
• Able to read and interprets P&ID diagrams, drawings and specifications
• Working Location either in Banting or North Port.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
