  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university

What You’ll Do

  • Model and maintain high expectations for all students
  • Teach whole group and small group classes, demonstrating enthusiasm for assigned subjects and classes
  • Participate in regular feedback/coaching and weekly whole school staff meetings to support school culture and teacher initiatives
  • Develop meaningful relationships with students and their families to support student success
  • Participate in planning and proctoring extra teacher responsibilities throughout the school week, as needed: lunch duty, morning duty, after school duty, academic interventions, hallway, etc.

Essential Job Functions

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the school and other facilities as needed

Compensation & Schedule

  • Annual Range $35,000 and a $1,000 hiring bonus
  • Monday – Friday; Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
