Duties and responsibilities

• Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line(s), ensure compliance of standards.
• May be responsible for the management and supervision of production technicians and supervisors for senior positions

Professional competencies

• Bachelor's Degree Mechanical/Mechatronics/Chemical/Electrical Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess knowledge and experience in manufacturing process or manufacturing industrial.
• Experienced in controlling production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve desired target.
• Experience in managing a group of non executive employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Experience in process improvement and project management.
• Good technical report writing skill.
• Possess knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR requirement, process FMEA, validation compliance, change control activities and customer complaints (NCIR/CAPA).
• Knowledge and experience in Extrusion process.
• Strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
