Our Client's offers event planning and project management. They specialize in Outdoor and Virtual events, turning ideas into reality.

Position: Events Executive
Location: Subang Jaya

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating closely with creative designers to develop and implement branding and marketing projects.
- Creating content and strategies for all digital platforms
- Well versed with effective marketing strategies and campaigns to push brand awareness
- To plan and implement suitable programmes & activations for various channels
- Understand the company's target markets, channels, consumer behaviours, and trends within each market in order to effectively plan and implement suitable programmes & activations in the various channels.
- Assisting with devising advertising campaigns, as per brief and budget
- Collaborate closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding of each market and to implement marketing campaigns in accordance with global/regional trends.
- Ensure that all marketing tools and deliverables are delivered on time and in full
- Involved in setup, execution and dismantling of events
- Overseeing and managing talents, suppliers and other related manpower
- Ensuring visual guidelines are properly executed in all platforms
- Develop reports and presentations for matters related to the business

REQUIREMENTS:
- Independent with interpersonal skill and result-driven
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skill
- Skilled in project management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, responsible and team player
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure
- Computer savvy; MS Office pro.
- Good written and verbal communication skill in English

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

Basic: RM3500 - RM 4000 (Negotiable)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
