Job Summary:
Prepares monthly management reports by applying principles of accounting and to ensure the completeness of financial information.

Job Responsibilities:
The following duties are not exclusive and certain items require delegation in whole or in part to be adequately fulfilled.

• Prepares monthly management reports on timely manner.
• Checks and posts routine transaction entries, including payments, receipts, journals, debit notes and credit notes.
• Generates monthly depreciation for fixed assets, including any addition or disposal of assets.
• Prepares monthly creditors’ payment list for payment approval.
• Prepares weekly cash flow forecast to ensure the company has sufficient fund in the bank.
• Arranges placements and withdrawals of funds in short term deposits/investments.
• Prepares quarterly tax schedules for tax computation.
• Prepares monthly reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
• Liaises with sub-contractors/suppliers in cases of disputes.
• Co-ordinates with project manager/site supervisor on construction related matters.
• Prepares documentations/schedules for annual audits.

Mandatory Requirements
1. Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years experience in relevant field.

Desirable Requirements
1. In progress completing courses to enhance own knowledge
