Accountabilities
Responsible for handling all general office admin & clerical support, data entry, document scanning
Proper filing of hardcopy documents for records and easy retrieval
Responsible for admin/PR/PO/invoicing processes.
Responsible for the administrative operations and maintenance of general/social media marketing activities.
Conduct sales analysis, market research, proposal for general lead generation strategy and produce reports.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of marketing assets.
Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communications.
To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to sales and marketing
To ensure that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and to be delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
To support any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Experience & Qualifications
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in related fields.
Must be IT literate/ technologically savvy.
Ability to communicate via phone and email effectively
Good communication skills in liaising with internal departments
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Proficient in Google Suite Applications is an added advantage
