• Monitoring and following up on New Vehicle Dealers debts to ensure compliance to the company's credit policy and payment terms.

• Monitoring the expiry of New Vehicle dealers' bank guarantee and following up with the Dealers Department to ensure its renewal before further extension of credit terms is allowed.

• Preparing monthly reports and analysis of dealers' outstanding debts, inventories and sales for management review and to highlight exceptions, and compiling Summary of Paid/Unpaid Excise Duty Reports of dealers.

• Computation of dealers' monthly incentives and generation of credit notes for the contra of outstanding debts/invoices as agreed by the dealers.

• Maintaining and updating from time to time the Used Vehicle Dealers profile and following up for business registration documents of newly appointed Used vehicle Dealers.

• Verification and processing of customers' booking deposit refund and transfer and compiling summary of such refunds/transfer for Wilayah and Selangor Region branches.

• Providing support in branch visits to perform Operational Audit review of Branches compliance to Company's Control & Standard Administrative Operating Policies.

• To perform ad Hoc and other job assignments that may be required by the company from time.

• To monitor Daily Branch Operations Administrative Processes & Compliance to SOP set.

• To ensure and minimize the credit debts exposures and speedy recovery of collection and expedite the used vehicle disposal.

• To support and provide guidance / training to resolve branch operational issues and as a master administrator for the various JPJ system.

• To ensure compliance of Trading Term discount utilization.

• Represent BOC and assist in special ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Equivalent

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
