• Support the Supply Chain and Distribution Manager [SCD] in developing the order processing management system and strategies to meet the business needs. • Strategize and execute cost effective and timely operation activities as to ensure the operation activities is delivered in timely manner. • Support the SCD Manager on the supply plan and products’ allocation to support the business needs. • Execute and fulfil the product lifting, customer order management and customer service operations • Support the SCD Manager on the selection on forwarding agent, surveyor and appointment of logistic partners in line with the business needs • Manage and execute the customers’ billing and invoicing during order fulfillment in a timely manner and ensure accuracy. • Advise the sales team on the status and execution of product delivery. • Work closely with Finance and Sales Team on credit/payment documentation. • Monitor on the Operational Performance Improvement (Customer Survey) • Support and monitor on the customer complaint management system [SAP, ERP system] and deliver the final outcome to the sales team for sharing with customer. • Have a good level of understanding on logistics matters and providing feed-back to customers on land/road, marine and air transportations. • Understand the regional and global trade agreements (i.e. FTA, HS Code) via consultation with legal, regulatory, finance, logistics, and Sales on accurate advice to customers • Work closely with logistic team on all transportation notices [including changes] to be able to provide timely feedback to customers. • Strong coordination with logistic team on delivery for all customers’ order received via capability in mRP, SAP or other IT system. • Monitor closely tap on schedules of loading/delivery feeding requirement and strong organizational skills to execute an acceptable range of products packing meeting customers’ requirements • Timely and high accuracy completion and transmission of all sales documents, transport orders in relation to delivery. • Experienced in transforming data in product planning management into delivery readiness with high level of delivery lead time for batch productions, stocked and non-stocked products
