Key responsibilities
Drive Group Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Fraud Risk Management and Business Continuity Management and its compliance effort by engaging stakeholders which includes:
ERM Framework and Governance
- Provide secretary support to Board Risk Safety Committee and Group Risk and Safety Committee.
- Assist on implementation of ERM framework and policies to the Group.
- Monitor and implement the framework audit and inspection plan to ensure adequacy, effectiveness and compliance which include preparing the business unit for internal and external audits.
- Drive initiatives arising from Group Risk and Safety Committee and Board Risk and Safety Committee in accordance to work plans and Framework requirements.
- Perform secretariat duties and/or support meetings with stakeholders which includes senior management and board meetings.
Business Continuity Management
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Management Framework, appropriate crisis/business continuity policies and processes.
- Assist the business units for Crisis Management to conduct regular exercises and follow up on actions.
- Facilitate Business Impact Analysis workshops and guide the business units to formulate Business Continuity Plans.
- Monitor and ensure business continuity plan exercises are conducted in business units regularly.
Risk Program and Assurance
- Engage and collaborate with local and overseas business unit management and business units’ risk manager and coordinators to build a risk aware culture.
- Facilitate risk assessment with business units within Group to identify and assess potential risks, establish the risk register, review and develop appropriate risk mitigation actions.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness, timely closure of corrective and preventive actions from various drivers which includes ERA, FRA and RCSA.
- Data reconciliation and analytics for monthly risk dashboards and risk reports.
- Carry out enhancement to the ERM system, manage digitization project which includes design input, data reconciliation, user acceptance test and change management.
Key requirements
- Degree in Business / Risk Management or related discipline.
- Proficient in MS office with experience in managing enterprise wide management system platform which includes data analytics and digital dashboards to drive decision making.
- Highly motivated and focused individual who is a team player and outcome orientated.
- Able to work independently, multi task and balance differing priorities in an intense and fast paced environment across multiple business verticals.
- Excellent communications (verbal, written, presentation), interpersonal skills, planning and organizing skills.
- Relevant risk management experience and certifications in risk management will be advantageous.

Salary: From RM4,500.00 per month
