Responsibilities :

• Attend to all Sales enquiries through telephone, website and walk in customers

• Implement the Sales execution and its marketing strategies

• Organise, follow up and monitor the completion of Sales transaction up to SPA signed and application / approval of loan

• Follow up and liaising with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related processes are smooth

• Ensure that all works assigned are carried out diligently and timely to meet deadlines

Requirements : -

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Chinese, English

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Property / Real Estate industry. * Customer Service & result orientated.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, dynamic and a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
