3. Menyusunatur dan mengendalikan latihan dalaman untuk kakitangan bawahan jabatan makanan dan minuman.
4. Menyediakan laporan lengkap sebarang program yang berlangsung.
5. Berhubung dengan Urusetia sebarang program untuk urusan penyediaan kelengkapan dan bayaran.
6. Merancang promosi-promosi bulanan yang boleh dijalankan di hotel.
7. Menerima dan mengikut arahan daripada pihak atasan yang bersesuaian
