Job Responsibilities

• Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed
• Change light bulbs and fixtures as needed
• Maintain interior and exterior property
• Furniture assembly and relocation
• Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
• To perform in-house installation, maintain, repair and troubleshooting of all kind office & hostel facilities (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, etc.)
• Facilities safety inspections
• Performs other work related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Able to work independently and minimum supervision.
• 2 years of working experience in facilities maintenance.
• Ensure job completed within the given timeline.
• Perform daily maintenance, planned & unplanned shutdown, works.
• Conducts periodic preventive maintenance inspections
• Prepares and maintains a variety of records, makes verbal and written reports of work performed.
• Supporting Production Team and perform other related work as required
• Ensure safety at all time and in all place.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
