ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

*Monthly reconciliation of supplier statement

*Matching PO, Supplier DO, Purchasing Invoices Prior to payment

*To key in the data in the SAP system

*Tracking of purchase invoice and payments issued to suppliers on Blanket Orders for accruals of purchase

*Prepare payment summary for cheques and online payments to Singapore

*Prepare back charge expenses to associate company or sub contractors

*Proper and systematic maintenance of files and filing of payment vouchers, bank in slip etc.

*To prepare accounts coding on the payment vouchers and invoices.

*To prepare and monitor payment from job invoices. If invoices remain unpaid to follow up with clients/suppliers.

*To process creditors invoices and make schedule payments as necessary.

*To check the Petty Cash Float on reimbursement for Head Office and all branches.

*To maintain the fixed asset register and to ensure that it is updated at all times. To ensure that depreciation charge for the month is accurate, disposals are documented approved and addition capitalized.

*To check all payment vouchers.

*To keep a proper record of movable assets for the purpose of ensuring that these are insured. Further to monitor and ensure all company vehicles road tax and insurance are renewed before expired.

*Monitoring daily bank balance.

*Prepare sales invoice for the project.

*And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
