Job description

• Maintaining the billing system
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess a Professional accounting qualification and/or a degree in Accounting/Finance/Law/Taxation or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• At least 3 -5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to prioritize workload and deliver to tight deadlines and work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
• Experience preparing and consolidating monthly and annual forecasts, preferred
• Candidates who are pursuing Professional Accounting qualifications (eg. ACCA/CPA) are encouraged to apply.
