The Job Squad/Task Management is looking for several Forklift Operators for first shift for a cold storage facility in Joliet, IL. Previous forklift experience is required preferred reach truck experience is a plus.

• Payrate: 11:00P-7:30A (Sunday-Thursday)
• 3:00P-11:30P - $21.00

Positions:

• Forklift Operator: (Client is willing to train, but a big plus here is someone who has reach experience!)
• Utilizing forklifts to store cold storage items on racks and in trucks
• Constantly on forklift and candidate must be able to get off on and on the forklift as well just in case they need to store products by hand
• Candidate must be able to work in a 30-degree refrigeration facility and pop in an out of the blast freezer to grab items that is below zero, but please remember they will only be popping into the blast freezer not working the whole shift in there the bulk of their shift will be spent in the 30-degree temperature portion.

Schedules available:

-3rd Shift 11:00P-7:30A (Sunday-Thursday)-$19.50

-6th Shift 3:00P-11:30P (Monday-Saturday for this shift the candidate will have a day off Monday through Friday, but must work the Saturday)-$21.00

-Candidates who apply must be open to working 1 hr. or a 1 ½ hr. after their shift to assist. Also, candidates first day will be an in person interview and if they like them they will undergo a 3 hour orientation that same day where they fill out paperwork onsite and get a tour and speak to supervisors and they are given a 4 hour virtual training exam to take home that is emailed to them after please tell them to get it done as they get paid to do this.

Job Type: Contract to Hire after 3 months of employment must have good attendance and work performance

Uniform:

- Client provides refrigwear freezer gear to employees which includes overalls, vest, and jacket. This will keep the candidates always warm while working
