  • Provide financial leadership and support to the sales and operations teams, including financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision making and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for sales and operations functions
  • Partner with the sales and operations teams to identify and address areas for cost optimization and process improvement
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to drive business performance
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for the sales and operations functions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CFO, sales and operations teams, and external partners
  • Manage a small team of finance professionals

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on sales and operations finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a private equity backed environment preferred
