Job Summary:

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by answering calls promptly and politely and attend to walk –in customers/visitors
  • Assist and support the superior and department to ensure smooth showroom operations are maintained at all times and all queries from customers are attended to promptly and courteously.

Responsibilities:

Reception & General Administration

  • Greeting and attending to showroom and service customers and also office visitors
  • Attend to general sales office admin as needs
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and redirecting calls/phone messages to the respective sales team members
  • Ensure customers/guests are attended to while waiting for the sales consultant to attend to them including offering them some refreshment or answer their general queries on the products
  • Assist in handling relevant documents for the sales team i.e letters, catalogues mailing, etc.
  • Ensure reception counter and showroom is clean and presentable at all times
  • Ensure all cars at the showroom are displayed together with its vehicle spec sheet and assist in ensuring accuracy of the vehicle spec sheet
  • Preparation of Admin. and Sales Purchase Orders (PO), ensure deliveries per DO and matching of invoices for payment processing
  • Ensure collection are submitted timely and in proper manner
  • Ensure all guests’ details are captured in the Guest Book and relevant PDPA form
  • Assist in monitoring of office /workshop cleaners and office supplies
  • Attend to any other matters as assigned by superior from time to time.

Customer Relationship Management (C@P Administration) & Others

  • Assist sales consultants in keying-in relevant Business Partners (BP) Number in C@P
  • Coordinate test drive forms collection on a daily basis for immediate data entry to C@P
  • Assist the CRM team in ensuring follow-ups are done with the sales consultants with regards to accuracy and completeness of data entered to C@P
  • Provide periodic showroom traffic report, phone queries report, test drive report and other relevant reports as requested by the management
  • Assist in any dealer marketing events conducted at the respective Porsche Centre

Others

  • Assist the main reception to handle general phone calls.
  • Constantly acquire and update knowledge and experience of Company products from time to time.
  • Maintain all records systematically; attain effective use of the system and report daily to any other person to whom you are assigned.

Requirements

  • Can speak fluent English.
  • Female preferred (mid to end of 20s).
  • Has front desk working experience.
  • Required to work during weekends (schedule subjected to arrangement by the HOD).

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
