At SCENT (Santa Clarita Ear, Nose & Throat), our doctors are internationally recognized leaders in otolaryngology (ENT) and facial plastic surgery. We specialize in providing forward-thinking care for each individual patient that walks through our doors in Valencia, CA and are looking to add an exceptional medical front desk receptionist to our growing staff and team. Some responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients upon arrival
• Perform data entry
• Answer phone calls and filter to appropriate extension
• Schedule patients as new patients or follow ups
• Obtain medical benefits
• Collect copay and coinsurance due
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of working in the healthcare field
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Superior customer service skills
• A high level of professionalism
• Willingness to learn
