Responsibilities

· Follow-up local and foreign workers daily meals.

· Responsible for the cleaner, office and production of clean work.

· Responsible for monitoring the activities of the company security guards.

· Patrol inspection system(security).

· Assist consulting production workers.

· Monitor stationery inventory.

· Follow-up local and foreign workers transportation.

· Follow-up driver daily operation, mileage and petrol usage.

· Update COVID-19 control file.

· Responsible to monitor staff hostel.

· Maintenance, maintenance of office facilities and other facilities (including doors, windows, walls, floor, toilet, etc.)

· Follow-up Admin assistance submit vendor invoice (meals, security services, water dispenser, copier monthly charges).

· Follow-up Admin assistance submit employee transportation, water and electricity and other emergency payment request.

· Follow-up landscape maintenance.

· Follow-up company car maintenance/repair, renewal of insurance and road tax.

· Set-up signage in each area and the necessary warning signage.

· Check all facilities daily record.

· Responsible for the company’s improve the working and the temporary water and electricity transformation work.

Communicate with internal and external to coordinate the progress of the project/task.

Authorities:

Ø Responsible liaise with suppliers for meals, invoice, renewal of insurance and road tax.

Ø Responsible for file update COVID-19 control measures.

Ø Responsible monitor security services and landscape.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
