Mountain Loft Resort located in Gatlinburg, TN is seeking a reliable common area/grounds Worker to maintain the daily grounds maintenance of the Resort common areas. Hiring Immediately, apply today!

Compensation:  Starting $16.00/hr

Schedule:  Full-Time; Day shift, weekend availability needed

As a Grounds Worker, you will be performing a variety of outdoor duties and will be responsible for maintaining the cosmetic appearance of the common areas and grounds at the resort. You will be maintaining sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and paths. Operate mowers, saws, weed-eaters, hedge trimmers, sprayers, blowers, drills, and other equipment, and perform minor repairs.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Grounds keeping, landscape, or general labor experience preferred.
Proficient operating hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery.
Must have the physical ability and willingness to work hours as necessary.

Possess a team player attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
VALID and CLEAR Driver License
