Support PCM/Inline CPK, DD, and quality improvement within the scope of technology ownership
In your new role you will:
- Support PCM/Inline CPK, DD, and quality improvement within the scope of technology ownership
- Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard (Lot assessment/FMEA)
- New product releases, production ramp
- Owner of technology process routes
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelors or masters in electronics/electrical engineering, physics, material science, or chemistry
- Fab experience is preferred
In our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.
