Head of Regional Commercial Operations We are seeking a Head of Regional Commercial Operations, to support the growth of LingoAce business in SEA. You will be managing a team to help SEA countries to achieve market leadership and to transform into a high performing sales organization. The team capabilities includes growth strategy, sales operations and governance covering sales management process and cost-to-serve, analytics & insights to drive high sales efficiency, as well as governance of CRM & sales tools enablers

- Streamlined reports enabling visibility of sales health, performance monitoring and key levers improvement
- Drive improvements across people, process or tools to improve sales productivity
- System & Tools
- Bridge global to country for CRM & product operations updates, changes

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with an emphasis on analytical skills from a recognized university.
- Consulting or strategy operations experience preferred
- Proven experience in direct people management
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in working related fields and function, i.e. supporting pre- and post-new product launch, sales operations design and implementation.
- Data enthusiast – default to data for analysis and decision making. Let the numbers do the talking
- Effective communicator and stakeholder manager – proven ability to collaborate and interact with people at all levels of the organization internally and externally.
- Excellent problem solver – proven ability to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise in carrying out a growth management plan.
- Entrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm for early-stage startups – we’re a lean team and responsibilities may fall out of one’s exact job description; we are looking for folks that are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
- Fluency in Mandarin/ Chinese is preferred as you’ll be working closely with counter parts in China in this role.
