Job description

The F&B Service Crew will report to the Restaurant Manager and forms part of the F&B team who collectively deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of food & beverage, a team player and enjoys to wow guests with outstanding service and hospitality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attending to guests upon entrance to the restaurant.
• Presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food/beverages.
• A team player and be able to effectively communicate with the Kitchen team to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Clean all tables after guests have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of guests.
• Any ad-hoc task assigns by Restaurant Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday
• Willing to handle alcoholic beverages.
