Human Resources:- Provide support in functional areas of HR & Administration including recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefit, employee welfare, payroll & Employee Relationship.
- Payroll support & liaise with the statutory officer for any queries from staff with regards to statutory matter.
- Maintain and update employee’s group insurance record.
- Handling work pass application, renewal, termination with compliance to Malaysia law & regulation.
- Preparation of relevant HR documentation.
- Conduct staff welfare activities such as festive celebration, annual dinner, townhall etc.
- Any others ad-hoc duties as when assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist in new office expansion.
- Any company licencing renewal.
- Maintain good documentation filing.
- Provide office administrative support to various business units (if required).
- Assist to oversee & maintain good record of utilities, licensing, tenancy agreement etc.
- Maintain & support in ISO documentations.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.
HQ in Bandar Baru UDA. Other branches in Desaru, Kota Masai and Taman Bukit Dahlia.
