Job description
Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR & Administration Management.
- Establish work-related management systems, improve, implement, and supervise human resources management systems, related work procedures, and implementation of rules.
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise the relationship and work among the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of human resources in the factory.
- Assist the recruitment module, salary module, training module, employee relationship module.
- To handle and advise Management on issues related to staff disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as other employee relation matters and ensure it follows labour laws and legislations.
- Compliance and record keeping including annually review Employee Handbook for any latest changes as per local conditions or labour laws. ยท
- Liaise with authorities, agencies, and statutory bodies in relation to the regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Master the professional knowledge of human resources, familiar with national and regional labor laws and regulations.
- Has experience in employee engagement element.
- Strong leadership skill, have decision-making ability, overall planning ability and can motivate and empower others, able to organize and command the team
- Excellent in analytical and judgment skills, high emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
