Job description

Responsible for daily attendance checking (rectify the discrepancies i.e. absent, MC submission, short hours) and leave records

• Maintaining the HR bulletin board with updates
• Assist in the recruitment process but limited to screening resumes, advertise the

available vacancy, ensure the completion of staff requisition form

• To assist in the data entry, filling and maintaining personnel records.
• Assisting in gathering market salary information
• Assist and support in day-to-day HR and Admin operation, activities and projects
• Above all, you will be able to learn and practice basic Human Resources Department operations and administrative matters

Criteria

• Confident, caring, hungry for challenges and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Hands-on and willing to be closely involved in managing things and making decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in HRM or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of Internship Period
