Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • To be involved in the full cycle of recruitment.
  • Propose hiring and salary recommendations and negotiate offers, in consultation with the Senior Manager, Human Resources.
  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers to the successful candidates.
  • To be involved in the onboarding process for all new employees.
  • Coordinate and plan for staff engagement activities.
  • To be involved in any other administrative task, as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 working experience recruitment. Candidate with experience working as a recruiter in an education industry will have an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently, work under pressure and attention to details.
  • Good attitude, pleasant personality, and a good team player.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
