Job description

HR Assistant (USISB)

  • Standby for emergency case related foreign worker
  • Arrangement basic needs & hostel new foreign
  • Submit document / bring workers to immigration (special case)
  • Prepare namelist for passport expiry and distribute to hostel leader
  • Arrangement for permit renewal (MyEG, E-PLKS)
  • Arrangement Medical check up FOMEMA
  • Insurance renewal (MyEG)
  • Medical leave analysis for each company
  • Ensure PIC of each company update daily attendance to HR
  • Ensure DAR (Disciplinary Action Report) issue
  • Prepare warning/suspend/termination letter based on cases
  • Assist in the recruitment process
  • Liase with Government (Kementerian Dalam Negeri, JTK, Imigresen, )

Requirement:

  • Minimum STPM / Diploma and possess 1 year and above of experience in handling foreign worker & human resource.
  • Experience in the application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience liase with MyEG / Imigresen /KDN
  • Conversable in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills
  • Self starter, fast learner, independent and prepared to work under pressure
  • Able to work overtime
  • Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage.
  • Schedule Work : 5 days (Monday to Friday) 8.00 am to 5.30pm
  • Able to work at Meru, Klang

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
